Returns and refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
Most orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after payment received. If payment received before 8:00PM (in most cases) the item will be posted on the next working day by Parcel Post Plus with tracking, Registered Post or Express Post.
Orders are dispatched up to 2 business days within Australia and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Customers outside of Australia must ask for a quote on shipping prior to purchasing. If this does not occur your shipment will be sent via Air Mail and charged accordingly.
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.
International Customers: WILCOMP ships WORLDWIDE including APO/FPO. Import duties, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
