Delivery

We are using the
Australia Post. Usually if payment received before 8:00 PM the item is posted on
the next day morning by Parcel Post with tracking or Express Post.

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched
up to 2 business days within Australia and shipping times are estimated at
between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Customers outside of
Australia must ask for a quote on shipping prior to purchasing.

Refund Policy

Please choose
carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or
make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit
where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the
product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
